Hello. Your content is great. I had a monthly subscription but just paid for an annual. However, I did not see a 15% discount applied. What can be done to get it? Thanks.
Hey Jason, Thanks for the heads up! I'm showing the discount as working, but I have Substack Support looking into this for you right now. It could be a strange quirk where upgrading from monthly to annual disables the discount. If that's the case, we'll refund you the balance of the discount. Thanks for being a Member! I'll shoot you an email with an update once I hear back from Substack.
Would anyone else be interested in random subscriber interviews? Normal humans who have normal lives and can share how they think about being a two percenter, what they’re working on, recent wins, biggest takeaways. I feel completely on an island here - can’t manage one pull-up for instance - but still on my own journey of self-improvement. I’m definitely here for the experts but would also love to hear from the normies! Just a thought!
I think the act of trying to do a pullup—whether you can't do one or can do 100—is more important than the pullup itself. :) Keep up the good work! We're all on the same journey.
It's great that you're on your own journey of self-improvement! Everyone starts somewhere, and not being able to do a pull-up right now is just part of your unique path. The important thing is that you're committed to making progress. Remember, every expert was once a beginner. Keep pushing yourself, and celebrate the small victories along the way. Hearing from others who are on similar journeys can be incredibly motivating and reassuring, so definitely reach out and connect with the community. You've got this!
Woohoo! I like the substack platform. And not to pile on, but the biggest celebration is reserved for the death of those pop-ups and their immediate repositioning of the page back to the top, no matter where I was. Thanks for the consideration!
Thanks Michael! I was just contemplating deleting the Substack app. I’m glad 2% is back, mostly for this comment section. BUT, the biggest announcement in this post are the other podcast player integrations. Thanks for that!
So glad this is back! I love being able to read this on the Substack app instead of my email. I read these early in the morning when I'm studying, and I want to stay out of the morass of email.
Thanks for coming back here. I enjoyed reading on this platform and honestly my readership dropped off when I had to go and find the posts in my email. Looking forward to catching up and not missing another one. Cheers!
YES, the immeasurables! The unrelenting popups to subscribe (even though I am a subscriber!) on the other site, the constant interrupting while reading the articles, and having to navigate across the screen to close them were driving me low-key crazy, and I was strongly considering unsubscribing - just because of CLICKING FATIGUE. I have to click things relentlessly at work on an EHR to meet the unreasonable demands of our (supposedly) modern medical system, and doing it anywhere else is just too much.
Got a question about the return? Reply to this comment. Thanks for making Two Percent *great*.
I’m so glad you are back. I was disappointed that 2% was off Substack. Substack had really helped replace my social media scrolling.
You are right it’s a community! It’s not just a helpful newsletter with great content. It’s like minded folks trying to move the ball forward.

I also just moved from monthly to annual and I believe I paid full price. The transaction also hasn’t posted yet so I don’t know if it went through.
I’m glad we’re back and hopefully we got rid of those f’ing annoying pop ups.
The pop-ups are dead. We killed 'em and left 'em out to rot in the cold underbelly of the internet. :)
That’s where they belong. Glad we’re back here and glad to be part of the community. Keep up the good work Michael.
Oh man, agreed. Being signed in and getting hit with a pop-up on every page load was dang frustrating.
Great to have you back. I’m a subscriber and honestly, I didn’t even check the other platform.
Great feedback. Thanks for letting me know!
I didn’t even realize that 2 percent was moved to another platform.
I checked the other platform a LOT less too.

Thanks for the suggestion!

Thank you Ray!!!
I totally love this suggestion as well! Get some deeper interaction with us subscribers!
Happy to see you back on Substack! Those pop ups were annoying!
Agreed. They're now dead and gone. 💀

🙌🙌
Love the switch back!
No more popups
No more forcing me back to the top of the feed
All my favorite authors in one convenient app…and the community is back baby!
Amen. The community is back! :)

The podcast integration is going to make audio much more streamlined. I'm psyched about it.

I'm glad to hear the move makes it more convenient!
Fantastic news, was always gutted tbh when we moved away as Substack keeps a lot I follow together but I was happy to follow wherever.
We're psyched to be back, and I'm glad you're happy about it too. And thanks for being willing to follow us wherever we go!
I'm still going to keep replying with memes to your posts on X, @Michael Easter!
Don’t go changing. You and I communicate in Memes.
Thanks for coming back here. I enjoyed reading on this platform and honestly my readership dropped off when I had to go and find the posts in my email. Looking forward to catching up and not missing another one. Cheers!
🙌🙌 it’s good to be back.
Yes! I love it already. 💪🏻 The ease of my member podcast on the platform of my choice...solid work! Thanks for upgrade.

Problem solved! No more CLICKING FATIGUE. Enjoy your freedom from clicks.
I would follow Two Percent anywhere, but am very glad to be back on Substack! Those pop ups…I thought maybe it was just me, but apparently not!
They're forever dead. :). Thanks for being part of the project!
Wow look at all these comments! This is awesome. We’re back baby!
"We're back baby!" haha I love it. And agree!
