The Chris Gardner episode on Rich Roll is so good. So much impactful and usable information for a normie like me.

I work for a research lab that focuses on obesity and diabetes (Randy Seeley at University of Michigan). We have done a lot of work with GLP-1s. I can’t wait to see what information you gather to share next year! There are a lot of interesting studies being done right now.

That's fantastic! I'd love to hear about what you and the lab are finding. I'll reach out. :)

"Devotions" is like my bible. Just one passage a day calms my mind and sets me on a good path. I love Mary Oliver and am sad I didn't discover her until just before she passed. "Outlive" was one of my top books of the year as well. I read a lot of similar-themed books so I didn't expect to learn much new but I love how he explains things and some of his quotes were gold. Especially his points about how if you want to walk the stairs easily when you are 80 you should be able to sprint them/take them 2 at a time now. I had never thought about how I can stack the deck as I get older, but I'm excited at the prospect as I near 50.
