Any chance you could work your magic and look into "micro-dosing fitness" a little more.

I've found myself doing a tonne of pushups in short bursts throughout the day lately - like short sets of 15 reps, but like 20+ times a day.

I'm really enjoying it, and seem to have some serious visible outcomes (physically).

Love your take and deep dive into this "micro-dosing fitness" approach ...

- does it actually work vs one larger 45min workout (that takes sets/reps to exhaustion)

- besides push ups; what else can work (squats / sit ups / etc)

- how can we incorporate this inout our days more (Atomic Habits style)
