I spent last week at MTNTOUGH’s facility in Bozeman, Montana, learning from that crew and others. You’ll learn: Why less gym equipment can be better, a couple killer workout tips, info on the healthiest meat on the planet, and more.
Michael, did all 4 Burn the Ships workouts and just downloaded the Rough Runners training plan. Thinking of running through the 8 week program (starting the Sunday long run off at 8.5 miles). Would love to hear how to integrate the Burn the Ships workout into that program and what PT/Weight lifting you would add to the program.
Good stuff. Check out anthony_diaz on Instagram. Great workouts to go by and incorporates a lot of what Easter is prescribing. Appreciate your work Easter.
Does their minimal gear daily workouts use sandbags and rucks or only their more formal programs? I am currently in a barbell weight training program and looking for good accessory workouts on other days and MTNTOUGH has always interested me.
Happy to hear this about hiking steep hills with weight. It’s the single thing I do most consistently. I’m lucky to live somewhere that has amazing ass kicking steep AF climbs.

Michael I am searching for your discount on the MTNTough annual subscription to combine with your great coaching but cannot find it. Thanks.
I didn't realize you had a ruck patch. Just ordered one for my GR1.

Inspired 0.5mi runs for extra buy-in and out around the MGD today. Kicked it up a gear.

I'd just download the app and sign up for the free 14 days. Poke around and see if it's for you.
MGD uses a couple DB or KB (need some method of weight) (I swap with GoRuck sandbags often), cooler or step-up, and need a method for pull-up.
What do you get in content for being a paid member. I loved your book.
